-Remove any listing from the site or custom real estate site which has been found to display inaccurate information or for which complaints have been received which the lister or owner refuses to acknowledge or reply to.
-Remove any listing at any time.
-Refuse renewing any listing.
-Reject any custom real estate web site with paid web hosting application at its discretion.
-Cancel any custom real estate web site with paid web hosting at any time and/or decide to no longer offer the custom real estate web site with paid web hosting service at any time.

Listing Terms

-Hasz Studios LLC accepts payments via PayPal processing or by mail.
-Text Listings are just $24 for six months under the current promotion, Photo/Logo Listings are just $36 for six months under the current promotion. This means your listing payment of $24 or $36 is paid in advance for the next six months. You can cancel at anytime.
-Payments may be made online or they may be mailed in. You can also have your listing automatically renew if you pay online. Electing to have your listing automatically renew will save you an additional 16%!
-Money Back Guarantee: If after signing up for a listing for the first time you decide you want to cancel your listing, please notify us at the email address or mailing address below within 14 days and request a payment refund. We will gladly refund your payment.
-Listings may be cancelled at any time. To cancel your listing, simply send an email to info@realestateagentsbystate.com stating you wish to cancel using the email address you provided during sign up. To cancel your listing by mail use company stationary and mail your request to: Hasz Studios LLC, 3810 Central Ave Unit 101, Fort Myers, FL 33901.
-If your listing is not approved by us for some reason, your payment will be refunded. Other payments received are non refundable after 14 days.
-If payment for a listing is not received within 10 days of due date the listing will be cancelled and removed from the site. An attempt will be made to contact the owner of the listing before cancellation is made.

Additional Custom Real Estate Web Site Terms

-The first month of web hosting is FREE
-Real Estate Web Sites are $375 + $35/mo for web hosting (which includes the online tools, control panel, email accounts, and search engine submission).
-Payments which are received by Hasz Studios LLC are nonrefundable.
-You may cancel your web site at anytime. To cancel your web site, simply send an email to info@realestateagentsbystate.com stating you wish to cancel using the email address you provided during sign up. To cancel your web site by mail use company stationary and mail your request to: Hasz Studios LLC, 3810 Central Ave Unit 101, Fort Myers, FL 33901.
-Hasz Studios LLC is not responsible for any content you post on your Custom Real Estate web site and is not liable for any interactions or transactions you may have with any visitors through your site. You agree to post only legal and ethical content describing services you are legally entitled to provide. Hasz Studios LLC is not responsible for any possible lost profits or expenses you may incur due to your ability or inability to use your web site services.
